Delivery usually takes up to 5 days, depending on your location and order volume. once your order is placed, it’s processed as fast as possible and handed over to our courier partners. you’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships so you can follow it step by step. if any delays happen, we’ll let you know, but most orders arrive within the 5-day timeframe. if you ever need help with your delivery, our support is always ready to assist.

Returns can be made only within 2 days after you receive your order, and only if the item arrived damaged. if you notice any issue, contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can review it and guide you through the process. once confirmed, we’ll replace the item or offer a refund.
